COVID-19 Guidelines

COVID-19 Policy At Hakuba Hotel Group, the health & safety of our guests and employees has the highest priority and we are committed to implementing the best possible hygiene and sanitation standards in line with international regulations and guidelines.

As a precautionary measure, the following regulations have been implemented until further notice:

Chalets

  • Curbside check-in for chalets at Phoenix Hotel or Springs Hotel
  • Body temperature checks of all guests prior to check-in
  • Recording of ID and contact details for possible tracing
  • Sanitizer available in all chalets
  • Enhanced sanitation procedures including sanitization of high-touch surfaces, e.g. remote controls, doorknobs, handles, bathrooms
  • Digitalization of collaterals to reduce touch points
  • Reduction of direct guest-staff interaction
  • Face masks are provided with our compliments upon request

Hotels

  • Social distancing floor guidance in public areas
  • Hand sanitizer stations set up at all entrances to hotels and restaurants
  • Body temperature checks of all hotel and restaurant guests
  • Recording of ID and contact details for possible tracing
  • Enhanced sanitation procedures including sanitization of high-touch surfaces, e.g. remote controls, doorknobs, handles, bathrooms
  • Digitalization of collaterals to reduce touch points
  • Reduction of direct guest-staff interaction
  • Face masks are provided with our compliments upon request.
