Sharaku Japanese Restaurant
Named after the 18th century Japanese wood block artist, this traditionally styled Izakaya offers delicious share plates of Japanese cuisine.
Specialities include: Wagyu beef cheek braised in soy sauce with sour cream, Prawn avocado salad with sesame soy dressing, Wagyu roast steak with teriyaki glaze, Shinshu salmon, scallops, onion & pepper salad with apple honey dressing, Hakuba pork steak marinated in spicy miso all prepared from the freshest local ingredients in this brand new restaurant in the Hakuba Springs Hotel.
