Ensconced in the elegant Phoenix Hotel, Hakuba’s greatest culinary gem Mimi’s Restaurant offers unique Italian cuisine, iconic wines, professional service and divine ambience like no where else in the world. Husband and wife chef team Kazu and Yuki create truly magnificent dishes using the best of the local produce  interpreted in a contemporary, international style. We ensure your expectations are not only matched but exceeded as you go on a remarkable culinary journey with us.

With its wooden panels and antique furniture, Sharaku’s contemporary restaurant fit-out pays homage to the Ukiyo-e artist whom inspired the restaurant’s name. Head Chef Karaki has over 30 years of culinary experience in Tokyo, London and Canada, and now fortunately calls the Japanese Alps and Sharaku his home. Head Chef Karaki sources ingredients from only the best producers and fishmongers Japan has to offer. Smoking sashimi platters and strawberry sake sodas coupled with refined service will ensure that your time at Sharaku is as brilliant as it is memorable.

Known for its excellent interpretation of favorite Alpine cuisines, we invite you for an evening of exquisite dining and Après entertainment at Bernd’s Keller whilst enjoying the panoramic views over the Nakiyama slopes. Bernd’s Keller features delicious European cuisine and hearty German favorites such as cheesy fondue, steaks and grills, house-made sausages, schnitzel and pretzel sandwiches satisfying even the most rigorous appetites with an extensive International wine list to pair for a truly satisfying evening.

The Rabbit Hole serves some of the best barista-made espresso coffees in Hakuba and is well-known for having the best burgers in town – a perfect treat after a thrilling day on the slopes! The Rabbit Hole is located only 150m from the Sakka Slopes, so you can head over after a day on the slopes for great food, cold beer, a game of pool, and awesome live music at the most popular Apres spot in all of Hakuba.

Blizzard is conveniently located across the street from the Happo Gondola, making it the perfect place to pop in before or after a day on the slopes. Blizzard opens daily at 7am serving delicious Australian-style espressos and breakfast, and is a popular choice for Hakuba early birds. The true star of the Blizzard menu, however, is certainly the wood-fired Italian pizzas delivered to you by Italian pizza chefs. Also a fully-equipped bar, Blizzard is a great place to wind down and enjoy the Apres ski life.

Jack’s Sports Bar is located in the heart of Happo Village. We combine exciting world-wide sports action on large HD screens and mouth-watering fare with a gourmet twist. While this is a popular spot to grab a coffee in the morning, come nightfall Jack’s is also proud to host Hakuba’s finest DJs and incredible international musicians at regular events. Night time is for fun at Jack’s, so join us for trivia, karaoke, and overall a wonderful and fun Après experience.
