Temporary Closure of Hotels & Restaurants

There have been an increasing number of positive Covid cases reported in Hakuba in recent days and as a pre-cautionary measure, we have decided to temporarily close our hotel, bar and restaurant operations from Monday, 10th January until further notice.

We are aiming to have all our team members tested to ensure that our operation is safe for guests and staff and we will re-open as soon as results are confirmed and we have certainty that we can continue to operate safely.

We would like to highlight that our chalets and apartments operate as normal and are ideal for relaxing stays in a a true winter wonderland away from the crowds. Our chalets and apartments are perfectly equipped for self-catering and we do provide private transfers to and from the ski resorts upon request.
