Sharaku is closed until the 2021/22 winter season. We’re looking forward to serving you then.
With its wooden panels and antique furniture, Sharaku’s contemporary restaurant fit-out pays homage to the Ukiyo-e artist whom inspired the restaurant’s name. Head Chef Karaki has over 30 years of culinary experience in Tokyo, London and Canada, and has been featured on programs such as Netflix’s “The Final Table” and NHK World’s “Dining with the Chef”.
He now fortunately calls the Japanese Alps and Sharaku his home. All ingredients are sourced from only the best producers and fishmongers Japan has to offer. The refined service and delicious flavors will ensure that your time at Sharaku is as brilliant as it is memorable.
